Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented grounds maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for maintaining grounds, lake shores, and parks in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain grounds, lake shores, and parks in a neat and professional manner
  • Operate hand and power tools, including mowers and weed eaters
  • Lay sod, plant flowers, and perform minor adjustments to equipment
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning the shop
  • Provide excellent customer service to all members and customers

Requirements:

  • High school education or up to one month related experience or training
  • Valid driver's license to operate vehicles and equipment
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
