Job Description

We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance professional to join our team at this great location. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing general grounds upkeep and maintenance tasks, ensuring the park's appearance is maintained to a high standard.

This role involves general gardening duties, including lawn care, garden maintenance and tree management, to ensure a safe environment for guests and residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance, as well as tool servicing and equipment operation.

A key responsibility of this role is maintaining accurate records and having documentation available for council inspections.

The successful candidate will also be required to assist with landscaping development and upgrading of general park facilities and infrastructure as needed.

Park building, cabin and caravan maintenance, and minor construction will also form part of the daily tasks.

Additional responsibilities include reading electricity meters, office support and delivering a high level of service to guests and residents.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role.

Benefits

This casual position offers an hourly rate from $28.46 per hour. The hours of work will be dependent on the operational requirements of the business.
