Job Title: ICT Business Development Executive

Job Description

Talentpath is proud to be partnering with Entag to recruit a dynamic and technically skilled ICT business development executive. This is a standout opportunity to join a progressive technology provider at the forefront of digital transformation. You will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge cloud, cybersecurity, and managed service solutions to mid-market clients across Southeast Queensland.

You'll work closely with internal technical leads to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with client needs. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and demonstrated experience in B2B technology sales, particularly within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan targeting mid-market businesses (100–500 users).
  • Driving end-to-end sales of ICT solutions including cloud services, cybersecurity, device management, and modern workplace technologies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners such as Telstra and Microsoft.
  • Managing your sales pipeline using CRM and Telstra systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Advocating for cyber-first managed services, including compliance with ASD Essential 8 and Zero Trust frameworks.

5+ years of B2B ICT sales experience, ideally in a Business Development or MSP-focused role, is required. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in competitive markets is essential.
