We're seeking a skilled Estimator to lead small to medium estimates and review bid documents. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of contract documents and ensuring completion of quantity take-offs.
- Solicit competitive pricing from subtrade partners and suppliers, and establish critical path schedules for estimates.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including lead estimators, subtrade partners, and suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related discipline or trade experience.
- 4 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating, and 6 months of on-site experience preferred.
