IT Onsite Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide onsite support for various technologies, including desktops, networks, and data centre infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling desktop and network issues, firewall replacement, and software and hardware break-fix.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktop and network issues.
- Experience in firewall replacement and configuration.
- Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems.
- Install patches and software.
- Well-versed network engineer with knowledge of LAN, WAN, switch, and router configuration.
Requirements
- Experience in handling desktop and network issues.
- Firewall replacement and configuration expertise.
- Installation and upgrade of operating systems.
- Patching and software installation skills.
- Network engineering skills with CCNA or above certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of WiFi basics.
- Basics of MS Office installation and administration.
- Business English with local language proficiency.
