Dispatch / Adhoc Requirements
  • Experience in firewall replacement
  • Experience in handling desktop and network issues
  • Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems
  • Install patches
  • Software and hardware break-fix
  • Well-versed network engineer (CCNA or above certification is a plus)
  • Basics of WiFi
  • Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, switch and router configuration
  • Install and administer MS Office
  • Business English with local language
Tools to Carry
  • Fully charged laptop with Windows 8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
  • Cisco console cable (DB9 to RJ45 or USB to RJ45). If using USB adapter, ensure drivers are properly installed
  • Laptop should have the following programs/software installed: Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server
  • Screwdriver set
  • Internet data card
  • Must have console cable and laptop with ability to console into Cisco router and use WebEx

Note: This is on-call for dispatch/adhoc work; backfill projects and the scope of work varies by client. The above is the general job description.
