Job Title: Room Service Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Room Service Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in their rooms, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take orders from guests via phone or digital systems with accuracy and courtesy
  • Prepare trays and trolleys according to hotel standards and guest preferences
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and service excellence
  • Set up in-room dining experiences with attention to detail and guest comfort
  • Clear trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors in a timely and discreet manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas
Requirements:

To be successful as a Room Service Attendant, you will need:

  • Certificate II or III in Hospitality (or equivalent)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Previous experience in food & beverage service or hotel room service is highly desirable
  • Clear, courteous communication, both verbal and written
  • Customer Service Excellence, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and personalize service
