Job Title: Guest Room Attendant

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Guest Room Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of assigned guestrooms and maintaining related room floors at all times during a shift.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and ensure all work done in assigned areas meet the highest cleanliness standards and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Protect guests' privacy during service.
  • Offer assistance to guests and respond to their requests.
  • Clean and replenish supplies for guestrooms according to standards and procedures.
  • Secure master keys at all times.
  • Maintain trolleys neat and adequately supplied.
  • Keep equipment in good working condition.
  • Keep linen room neat and in good order.
  • Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment and maintenance deficiencies to the Floor Supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To successfully fill this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department is preferred.
  • English literacy to meet business needs.
  • Flexibility with working hours, able to work morning/evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
