**The Team:**

Our Culture, Talent and Wellbeing team is a collaborative, capable and supportive team who work with our Chief Executives, Executive teams and other senior leaders to meet their service priorities and assist in driving continuous improvement across our Health services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to develop and implement business partner models.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business partner decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on people-related strategies, drawing on evidence and analysis of workforce data to inform decision-making.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the business partner lifecycle.

**Requirements:**

  • Established professional with significant experience in business partnering.
  • Ability to provide people-related solutions based on evidence and analysis of workforce data.
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
