As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by supporting clients to access, develop and maintain independence, health and wellbeing.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Developing and implementing behaviour support plans that promote positive outcomes for clients
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Building the capacity and confidence of those who support clients in their lives
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress towards client goals
