Business Intake Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intake professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new clients and matters into our system.
  • They will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
  • The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of AML/CTF policies, systems, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
  • Supervise the day-to-day work of our Business Intake team, acting as a first point of escalation.
  • Oversee workflow management of the Business Intake team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with senior management to maintain a robust and appropriate AML/CTF Program aligned with AML/CTF Laws and industry best practice.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing and implementing AML/CTF compliance programs, preferably in an international law firm.
  • Detailed knowledge of AML/CTF requirements and risks associated with the range of services in the legal industry.
  • A bachelor degree or higher qualification is preferred, along with a recognized AML/Compliance qualification.
