Lead Developer Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead the development of a high-performing team at our organization.

  • Mentor developers in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Portals
  • Review completed work and provide constructive feedback
  • Allocate user stories and bugs to maximise team effectiveness
  • Act as technical architect for the project, shaping the 'how' behind client vision
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development strategy
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Developer capacity
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Portals
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed code reviews and manage a development workflow within an Agile environment
  • Exceptional skill in translating functional requirements into technical specifications and tasks
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will champion quality and collaboration throughout the project, representing the development team in high-level discussions with stakeholders. They will also lead the creation of 'As built' documentation, defining the standard of excellence and delivering a lasting solution that showcases their legacy.
