POSITION: Pharmacy Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a full-time Pharmacy Operations Manager who is enthusiastic about guiding and motivating a team to achieve high standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting a strong example to provide exceptional customer service, nurturing customer loyalty, and driving successful business results.
- Overseeing the pharmacy's performance, ensuring key objectives and financial targets are met.
- Dispensing medications, offering professional services, and delivering health advice.
- Documenting clinical interventions and implementing forward pharmacy practices.
Qualifications Required:
- A current GENERAL Pharmacist registration with the relevant authority.
- Demonstrated experience in pharmacy management or a leadership position within community pharmacy.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
- Capability to work independently, focusing on providing high-quality patient care.
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary Range: $50-55 per hour.
- Additional Perks: Negotiable travel allowance, relocation assistance up to $2,500, and a sign-on bonus exceeding $5,000.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with three days allocated for sole Pharmacist responsibilities.
- Team Support: You will have the assistance of a Dispensary Technician and a Shop Staff member.
