We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team on a locum basis. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy and operational support services in a large regional hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services on a rotational basis across various areas of the pharmacy service.
- Contribute to effective patient flow within the organisation.
- Optimise pharmacotherapy to achieve definite outcomes that improve patient care.
- Support the Clinical Pharmacist Team Leaders and Deputy Directors of Pharmacy to enhance team building and excellence.
Requirements:
- Registered as a pharmacist with the Australia Pharmacy Board (AHPRA).
- Experience with iPharmacy dispense preferred.
- Clinical or oncology pharmacy experience.
- Commitment to medication management.
- 1+ years hospital experience.
What We Offer:
- $60 - $70 per hour + super.
- Travel expenses and self-contained accommodation.
