The Role:
We are seeking a charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies our company values. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, meeting rooms booking, and ensuring the office environment is comfortable and hassle-free for all guests. You will also enhance visitors' stays by engaging them in welcoming conversations that enrich their overall experience, while adhering to safety and security protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, meeting rooms booking, and service beverage to all guests.
- Enhance visitors' stay by engaging guests in welcoming conversations that enrich their overall experience.
- Create inviting atmosphere by ensuring spaces are clean, organized, comfortable, and making the facility a hassle-free environment for everyone.
- Be the ambassador of comfort, the go-to person for all things related to office environment.
- Perform daily floor walks and facilities inspections, and prepare reports as required.
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in obtaining vendor quotes and approvals, and raise Purchase Orders in systems.
- Evaluate Work Health & Safety adherence and record monthly safety observations.
- Computer literate, and willing to learn and manage internal systems.

- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
We offer a competitive salary package with a base salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation, and other benefits.
