Job Description:

Safeguarding Australians and Australian interests through delivery and coordination of protective security and aviation policing is a crucial role within the Specialist Protective Command (SPC) of the AFP.


">Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other Commands within the AFP to deliver efficient, effective, and compliant HR services for SPC.
  • Provide expert advice and support on policies, procedures, applicable legislation, and contemporary HR best practice.
  • Develop and implement projects, strategies, and initiatives as part of the broader strategic workforce management requirements for SPC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one is essential. Demonstrated experience in HR to support the delivery of business outcomes is also required.
