
Human Resource Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, with a strong background in case management, employment relations, and industrial relations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, workplace relations, and talent management;
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives;
- Managing employee relations, including grievances, performance management, and terminations;
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify and mitigate risks related to HR and employment law;
- Providing coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and capabilities;
