Job Description

As a Team Leader at Spotlight, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to effectively manage daily operations. This includes achieving sales growth, meeting KPI targets, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also lead by example, communicate management expectations, and assist with recruitment, training, and development functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Retail management experience is essential.
  • High volume stock management and big box retail experience are preferred.
  • You must have a strong leadership style, passion for innovation, and excellent communication skills.
  • A resilient problem solver who can adapt quickly to new challenges.
