We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Water & Wastewater Engineer to join our fast-growing Water Infrastructure team in the ANZ region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in planning, design, project delivery, design management, and project management, while also assisting in positioning and winning projects across a range of services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Technical Excellence: Provide consultancy, engineering services, and technical input in design for water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the ANZ region.
- Lead Project Delivery: Work alongside Principal Engineers to lead project delivery on cost and time, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Drive Business Development: Assist in driving business development and winning work, identifying and supporting the pursuit of future opportunities.
- Develop Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong key client relationships, representing the team at client meetings and events.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with Jacobs' client management team to identify emerging opportunities and contribute to successful project delivery.
- Relevant Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive Experience: Extensive water and wastewater civil infrastructure design experience, with in-depth knowledge of water industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent task, design, and project management, as well as client relationship skills, with outstanding technical communication and report writing abilities.
