About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and reception services to residents, visitors, and staff at Mercy Place Apartments, a Seniors Living Village in Parkville, VIC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the day-to-day activities of the office are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide high-quality administrative and reception services to residents, visitors, and staff.
- Support the Retirement Village Manager and independent living residents.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills.
- A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in a front office environment in a busy multi-faceted role.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Efficient and effective maintenance of documents and data storage.
