We are seeking an entry-level Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume recruitment for Direct Support Worker roles across various locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven customer service experience, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Conducting phone interviews based on recruitment needs
  • Liaising with managers to discuss volume and requests
  • Coordinating group assessment centres, interviews, and employee onboarding
  • Providing employment information and booking new starters into mandatory training sessions
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service
  • Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to various locations for Assessment Centre sessions
