Key Consultant Role

This is a senior implementation services role where you will be supporting project teams in validating customer business requirements and mapping them to our functional capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise to customers by working with project teams to validate their needs and map them to our solutions.
  • Design innovative solutions to meet customer needs and lead internal meetings to provide progress updates.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives by designing and documenting solutions, contributing to a knowledge repository, and sharing best practices.
  • Focus on continuing education by participating in internal knowledge share, attending continuing education sessions, and completing new release training to stay up-to-date on new features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree or postgraduate coursework is an asset.
  • 5+ years of experience as a consultant with HCM systems.
  • Solid experience in process mapping.
  • Change management experience is an asset.
  • Technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with HRIS, relational databases, and SQL.
  • Functional skills include excellent customer relationship and business acumen, ability to engage with multiple projects and customers, and ability to lead and facilitate workshops.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentation skills, able to adjust content and style for different audiences.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
