Job Title

A seasoned Workday expert sought to bridge business and technical teams.

  • Leverage expertise in Workday HCM and Learning product knowledge for design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Present tailored solutions based on client needs, goals, and project timelines.
  • Lead facilitated design sessions and guide clients through configuration decisions.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with clients throughout project phases.
  • Manage multiple tasks under limited direction.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test integrations.
  • Oversee projects or serve as Collaborative Lead.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of Workday HCM and Learning functional implementation experience.
  • 2-5 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience.
  • Proven track record of gathering business requirements, designing, and implementing practical business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
