You will also be responsible for providing care in accordance with individualized care plans, supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living assistance to clients, including showering, personal hygiene, and help at meal times

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
  • Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
