Job Description:As a Personal Carer, you will provide high-quality care to clients living in our residential home. Your role will involve supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times, and general mobility.
You will also be responsible for providing care in accordance with individualized care plans, supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily living assistance to clients, including showering, personal hygiene, and help at meal times
- Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities
- Implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of each client
- Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding clients' health or wellbeing
- Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
