Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care services to clients, including personal care, mobility assistance, and social support.
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide emotional support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, with a focus on personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medication administration.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
