Job Title: Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Care Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing general housekeeping and personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  • Providing social and emotional support to clients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle.
What We Offer:
  • Guaranteed hours and shifts.
  • Award rate $33.82 per hour + Super + paid KM's.
