Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Trader/Originator to join our Distressed Products Group in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving origination, identifying new opportunities, and developing client and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with our Asia Pacific sourcing team and sales coverage teams to drive origination and identify new opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to expand our business.
Responsible for all aspects of due diligence, underwriting, and risk management of new and existing positions.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in underwriting and executing transactions in structured finance, principal investment, or investment banking.
A deep understanding of credit and investment analysis, including complex cashflow modeling.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead deal teams across Asia Pacific.
