About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trader/Originator to join our DPG Special Situations team as a VP/Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Asia Pacific sourcing team and sales coverage teams to drive origination and identify new opportunities across the capital structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with DPG's Asia Pacific sourcing team and sales coverage teams to drive origination and identify new opportunities across the capital structure.
  • Develop new client and partner relationships.
  • Responsible for all aspects of due diligence, underwriting, and risk management of new and existing positions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in underwriting and executing transactions in structured finance, principal investment, or investment banking.
  • Deep understanding of credit and investment analysis, including the modeling of complex cashflows.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead deal teams across Asia Pacific.
