Job Overview:

As a Residential Services Manager, you will spearhead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care to residents.

  • Manage the residential service in compliance with policies, procedures, and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Deliver strong financial sustainability

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector, with a Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable). They should also possess people management and leadership experience, as well as tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable).

Key responsibilities include effective operational management and leadership, ensuring high-quality care and services for our residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the residential service, including care governance, human resource management, sales and marketing, environmental services, and general administration.
