At the heart of our organisation, we require a skilled Property Operations professional to spearhead the set up and day-to-day management of residential rooms within our latest tower. As part of this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading by example, setting clear objectives for your team, and overseeing seamless operations that meet strategic goals.

This position is an exceptional opportunity for someone with trade qualifications in Building or Maintenance, experience in a supervisory capacity, excellent organisational and time management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Body Corporate environments.

We are looking for a seasoned leader who can drive results, foster collaboration, and uphold high standards of professionalism throughout their tenure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating resource allocation during each shift to ensure seamless operations
  • Setting measurable performance objectives for your team and closely monitoring task completion
  • Collaborating with other departments, owners, tenants, and guests to address requests promptly and professionally
  • Managing hotel maintenance needs, including room refresh projects
