Job Description:

The role of an Assistant Property Manager is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in the property management sector.

This exciting position involves managing front-of-house operations, coordinating property inspections, maintenance and repairs, handling tenant enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property compliance, preparing routine property condition reports and assisting with the leasing process.

Maintaining accurate property records and documentation is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:
  • Must have administrative experience
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate assistant roles preferred
  • A valid driver's licence is essential
  • A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one is required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities are crucial
  • A positive, proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving is vital
