
Senior Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate event operational teams, including events team leaders and attendants, ensuring effective performance.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
Event Planning and Execution:
Oversee the planning and execution of all event details, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual needs. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and stay within financial limits.
Main Point of Contact:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates. Resolve any client issues promptly and professionally resolving situations to the satisfaction of all parties. Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee exceptional event experiences for clients and attendees.
Communication and Teamwork:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience working within fast-paced hospitality environments. Exceptional customer focus. Strong ability to lead, plan, and deliver events in a collaborative and professional way. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with key and senior stakeholders across multiple parts of an organization.
