We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Event Operations Manager to lead our venue's operations team. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all events, from initial planning to execution.

About the Role:

  • Lead Operations Team: Manage a high-performing team of event coordinators and staff to deliver exceptional service to clients and guests.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Work closely with clients to plan and execute successful events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate functions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of event-related inventory, including decorations, equipment, and supplies.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate transportation arrangements for clients and guests, as needed.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with event operations, including catering, audiovisual, and staffing expenses.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all events meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly.
