Job Title: Global Airfreight Solutions Manager

\

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Airfreight Solutions Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of urgent cargo transportation across a diverse range of commodities.

\

As a key member of our logistics team, you will work closely with countries and branches to provide tailored transportation solutions based on customers' requirements. You will ensure the seamless execution of time-critical airfreight shipments, from initial booking to final delivery, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and client specifications.

\

You will continuously track the status of all active shipments to provide real-time updates as well as proactively identify upcoming issues during the transport chain and execute corrective actions to ensure safe and timely delivery of the cargo.

\

Your primary point of contact towards customers, you will prepare and verify all necessary shipping documents, including airway bills and documents provided by the customer.

  • Strong understanding in logistics, pricing structures and market dynamics.\
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.\
  • Capable of resolving issues and challenges quickly and efficiently, maintaining operational integrity and client satisfaction.\
  • Exhibits a high level of self-motivation, taking initiative to meet and exceed job expectations without constant supervision.\
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.\
  • Excellent organizational skills.\
  • Able to interact positively and effectively with co-workers, subordinates, and supervisors.\
  • Willing and able to work in shifts over the weekend.\
