As a key member of our global payroll team, you will play a critical role in delivering multi-country payroll services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.

This includes managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions, as well as supporting or leading the implementation of global payroll platforms.

You will also be responsible for validating payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and providing guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.

Additionally, you will identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

With strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, you will excel in this role and contribute to the success of our business.

Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in payroll, familiarity with payroll systems and implementation, and a strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
