About the RoleAs a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include providing medical care, supervising care staff, and ensuring a resident-centric approach is maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Undertaking or supervising others to undertake clinical care for individual residents as required, including complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other clinical procedures.
- Liaising with relevant residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital, and specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high-level clinical care.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
- Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care plans.
Additionally, all aged care workers must be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and are encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine. All successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
