Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

About the Role
  • Deliver individualized care and education to each child, catering to their unique needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development, aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation and the Education and Care Services National Law (2010)
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and its implementation in practice
