ICT Infrastructure Management Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operational management of all ICT infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage technical teams in managing networks, servers, and end-user devices.
  • Oversee core infrastructure operations, including technical escalations, asset lifecycle, and technical documents.
  • Manage service delivery processes, including patching and asset management.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with other ICT units and stakeholders to ensure ICT infrastructure supports digital transformation.

About You:

  • Possess proven experience leading a technical team in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing service delivery processes, including technical escalations and asset lifecycle.
  • Have knowledge of cyber security and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
