ICT Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves overseeing the operational management of all NSW SES ICT infrastructure, encompassing desktops, MFDs, network, cloud, and server operations.
You will lead skilled technical teams and act as a partner to the business.
The position promotes collaboration with other ICT units and business stakeholders to ensure NSW SES infrastructure supports digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management of ICT infrastructure
- Manage skilled technical teams

Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a technical team in managing networks, servers, and end-user devices
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing core infrastructure operations
- Excellent knowledge of service delivery processes, including technical escalations, asset lifecycle, and technical documents
- Strong understanding of cyber security and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
