eOne is dedicated to delivering Social, Affordable and Accessible Housing for Government and Community Housing Provider customers to address the needs of disadvantaged people across Australia.

Our team works across Victoria, NSW, South Australia and Queensland. Due to increasing build volumes, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator based in our Head Office for our team with builds throughout all Eastern regions of Australia.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience (5+ years) in the development building industry covering both Pre-site and Construction phases, a thorough understanding of building regulations, contracts, and administration procedures, and demonstrated experience in Project Management – Microsoft Project.

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle through the construction process with updates to clients, site, and developers.
  • Supporting the Project and Construction team by acquiring, distributing, and coordinating information through the construction phase.
  • Delivering highly productive and efficient projects through workflow management.
  • Adhering to established project and cost management strategies.
  • Prepare for and handle handover and quality assurance for each individual lot; and
  • Building a customer-focused process to deliver high service levels.
