Job Title: Outdoor Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a reliable and skilled outdoor maintenance professional to enhance green spaces across various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces within Brisbane.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces by operating various mowing equipment safely and efficiently, performing regular inspections on equipment, ensuring lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard, completing service requests as required, and adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in zero turn mowing and brush cutting of open spaces
  • A valid manual driver's license
  • A white card
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
