Outdoor Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Outdoor Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

  • You will support the upkeep of gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and want to gain experience in maintenance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces, including mowing lawns, trimming plants, watering gardens, and keeping grounds tidy.
  • Use gardening tools, machinery, and safety gear responsibly and follow clear instructions from your supervisor.
  • Report hazards or issues to ensure the team's safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with others and engage respectfully with fellow team members, residents, and visitors.

About You:

  • You have a passion for working outdoors and enjoy using your hands.
  • You are reliable, respectful, and safety-conscious, with a willingness to learn new skills and take pride in your work.
  • You are comfortable following guidance and working as part of a team.
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and Police Check.
