Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual with the skills and experience to maintain our outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our grounds and buildings are well-maintained, clean, and safe.

About the Role:
  • Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces through mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning
  • Repairs: Attend to general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments
  • Cleaning: Clean exterior villa areas, including windows, decking, and pathways
  • Waste Management: Dispose of waste efficiently and keep communal areas tidy
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  3. Take initiative to improve processes and procedures
  4. Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work
  • A valid 'C' class driver's licence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
