Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our SRE team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale solutions, influencing senior stakeholders on modern best practices, and ensuring the highest standards of service outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing large-scale solutions that meet our customer's needs
  • Influencing senior stakeholders on modern best practices for improving reliability throughout the SDLC
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of award-winning banking apps
  • Developing and implementing observability practices using the latest industry-wide methodologies

Requirements:

  • Expertise in partnering with senior stakeholders and leading a culture of data-driven reliability, monitoring, and automation aligned to SRE principles
  • Deep experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications and systems
  • Strong experience with public cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
