Leadership Opportunity for Childcare Professionals
">We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as an OSHClub Coordinator. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.

">The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire others. They will also have a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in their care.
">About the Role:
">- Lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.
">- Develop and implement child-centered programs that promote learning, creativity, and fun.
">- Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, compliance, and administration tasks.
">- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes growth and development.
">Qualifications:
">- A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
">- Australian work rights.
">- A National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
