Establish a strong presence in the East Coast region as our ideal candidate for this senior role. With a focus on crane service operations, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance activities for client's crane fleet, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Crane Maintenance Activities: Oversee the maintenance schedules and procedures to maximise uptime and reliability of cranes.
  • Lead Technical Team: Provide guidance, training and support to service technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse Performance Data: Monitor and analyse service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure Workplace Safety: Manage workplace safety and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of crane systems and components, including hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of service technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and maintenance best practices.
