Workers Compensation Case Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex workers' compensation claims from inception to settlement, working closely with injured workers, employers, brokers, legal vendors, and regulators to deliver timely, cost-effective, and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
About the Role- Manage a diverse portfolio of claims, applying technical skills and knowledge of Workers' Compensation legislation to drive optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement case strategies, set reserves, and review claim progress to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claim investigation, assessment, and resolution.
- Communication with stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and regulators.
- Development and implementation of return-to-work plans.
- Maintenance of accurate records and reporting.
- Proven experience in Workers' Compensation claims handling, with strong technical skills and knowledge of Western Australian legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
