Personal Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

This position involves utilizing clinical expertise to support individuals who have experienced physical or psychological injuries at work.
The successful candidate will take a holistic approach, managing the rehabilitation process from start to finish by developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized plans.
This role presents a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of Defence Force personnel who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma.
You will be part of a high-quality team that provides comprehensive support, including direct interaction, extensive onboarding, and ongoing shadowing, to build your technical knowledge and expertise.
- Current registration with the relevant industry body.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in conducting various clinical assessments.
- A passion for helping people rehabilitate.
