Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description:

A rehabilitation specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting individuals who have suffered physical and/or psychological injuries at work. This encompasses providing holistic care, managing rehabilitation plans, and facilitating clients' return to their pre-injury job or finding new employment opportunities that foster a fulfilling life.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Experience in conducting various clinical assessments
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
