We are seeking a Night Manager to join our team at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily balancing and reconciliation across the night audit process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and for the duration of our guests' stay.
  • Maintain procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as required.
  • Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service experience, preferably within a hotel Front Office department.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining high-level awareness of your surroundings.
  • A naturally confident personality with the ability to approach people and initiate conversation.
  • Competent computer skills (experience in Opera is desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
